Waiting for more….
Last weekend was a bad bad one! DArling injured himself in the eye during kite-flying, causing him to have blue-black around the eye. I cried like crazy, cause its like there’re really nothing I could do for him except bringing him to the doctor. When we’re back from the doctor, I cried again! Cause the stupid doctor only gave him to cream to apply and nothing else!
Saturday morning, we woke up early and went to Grace Clinic to let her have a look. And at least she gave some eye drops and anti-inflammation medicine to reduce the swelling. It works! Though there’re still some blue-black around the eye, but the swelling drastically decrease.
Oh ya! I had fun with my friends on Friday night too! I was supposed to have dinner with Mummy and sisters since Daddy was out of town (again), but DArling came back with a swelling eye, so I forgo it. Mummy was so worried about DArling, kept on telling me to take care of him and asked him to drink more plain water. I was abit guilty not accompanying them, since it has been a long time I had dinner with them. DArling kept on reassuring me that he’s fine, and I only went out in the night to meet up with friends.
Met up and KSL, and we had fun gossipping and talking about the past. Then we changed to AMK MAC to continue out talking, and till 4am we all went home together. WE SHALL HAVE MORE OF THESE!!! Lets meet again this coming Friday night!!! Has been a long time since we went to East Coast Park, you know you know!!! HAHA!!
I’m waiting for my Victoria Secrets and my first Miu Miu bag to arrive!!!

Miu Miu COFFER PEWTER!
I’ll wanna get more bags!!!!
Next Bag: Prada Mordore Nappa Tessuto Striped Hobo

DARLING MY LOVE, PLEASE BUY IT FOR ME!! (=

TBTB
TBTB = Too Busy To Blog
I didnt have the time to blog since I returned from my trip to Genting. We went on the 4th Feb and returned on the
8th of Feb, though its the second time we’re there, but still enjoyed as it was the first. Sad to say, we lost more than S$2000 there in less than 5 days. Chey, I thought Tigers are supposed to have luck this year! We didnt buy anything back, just some tidbits. After returning was busy busy busy! Busy till the extend that I dont have time to meet my friends at all, but lucky thing is that they came to my house for gathering on the 7th day of CNY which was before I went overseas. I’m Lazy, so let the pictures do the talking.

CNY eve dinner. Kids playing with fireworks at the backyard of my Ah Ma’s house.

Ah Gong, I miss u!
Ah Gong:
As I was clearing my files in the laptop, I came across this photo folder ‘My Beloved Grandfather’s wake’. Upon opening the files and going through the 56 photos, tears just kept on rolling down. I really miss you alot!!!! You left us too sudden, and up till now I cant accept the fact that you’re gone for close to 3 years. Every single time when I were to think of you, I will cry and ‘talk’ to you in my heart hoping that you can ‘hear’ me. Time really passes and 3 years has gone by, but these 3 years seems like 3 slow years. Maybe I’ve never really let anyone knows how much you dotes on me, so this post is specially dedicated to you and hopefully you can ’see’ it.
Since young, I’ve been living with my paternal grandparents unlike my 2 younger sisters whom they lived with my grand-uncle. Every morning, Daddy will bring me to my grandparents’ house at Tiong Bahru as early as 7am, then Daddy will go to work as a deliveryman. At about 9am, I’ll sit those kinda of tricycle riden by an old ah pek to school at Redhill. I’ll finish school at about 2pm, then you will ride your motorbike to pick me up. Sometimes, we’ll go to Chinatown to have lunch then we’ll go back home. I remembered vividly once because of me, you was being booked by a Traffic Police; got fined and demerit of points. All because I was only 3 years old that time when you fetched me around, and I was too young and its against the law, but you still rode me to wherever I wanna go after that incident. As Daddy were the first few to get married, and then all the uncles and aunties subsequently got married and gave birth to my little cousins. As the group grew larger, you knew that you could no longer ride your motorbike to fetch all of us anymore. So we came to a point where all of us will take a bus to shop at the supermarket for a few hours, and then we’ll take another bus back home to cook. You, Xiao Gu-Gu, San Chek, Ah Chim, Ah Pek, Doreen, Cindy, Belinda Jie Jie, Ann Jie Jie, Joanne, Ah Yan Kor Kor, Ah Cheng Jie Jie and Me will just take a bus regardless of the weather every Sunday.
I gained alot of knowledge and had the most achivements when I’m 3. At 3 years old, I know how to hold onto Ah Gong when he’s riding. At 3 years old, I know how to ride a 2-wheels bicycle. At 3 years old, I know how to sit the ‘pirate ship’ without being scared. At 3 years old, I know how to eat spicy stuffs including laksa and mee siam. At 3 years old, I know how to watch WWF (World Wrestling Federation) every Saturday night. At 3 years old, I know how to fix back the wires and adapters when Daddy were to always dismantle it to prevent me from watching TV. At 3 years old, I know the way from Tiong Bahru to Great World City back and fro. All these I know is because of MY BELOVED AH GONG! You taught me all these, and love me more than your other grandchildren because I’m always sticking to you.
Every Sunday, you’ll bring me to Chinatown Market very early in the morning to shop for groceries for dinner that night. You’ll buy live frog legs back to cook for me every weekend, and you’ll also buy live fishes back to cook porridge or soup for me Thanks to you, now I wont feel tired after hours of shopping in Orchard. Thanks to you, my skin is fair and doesnt need any whitening products. I want to say ‘Thank You’ to you, AH GONG! You made me what I am today, and taught me all those things that a grandfather wouldnt taught his grand-daughter.
I’ve gotten my license about 2 years back, and am helping Daddy to run this business with Bobby; my boyfriend. We’ll strive hard and help Daddy earn lots of money, you dont have to worry abit. Though the economy is really bad now, we’ll still surviving with our profits in the past. I’ll keep in mind all those you’ve taught me and use it well now and in the future. We just had dinner with Ah Ma last Sunday at Tiong Bahru, did you see us? Really hope that u’re living well with Ah Chor & San Chek, I’ll join all of you in heaven soon. Must wait for me, okay? We’ll live our lives like before, and I can imagine the smile on ur face when u see me. Help me send my regards to Ah Chor and San Chek, and must let them see this too. I REALLY LOVE YOU TOO MUCH!!!

At that time, this little girl Valarie was your only great grand daughter. But now, there’s another great grand daughter named Valene.

This is Valene, isnt she chubby and cute like her elder sister Valarie? Doesnt they look alike, Ah Gong?

These 2 are Robin and Regan, xiao gu-gu’s sons. Ah Gong, u’ve seen Robin before when he’s very young. Both of them are very healthy, though abit skinny. I’ve bought a few CNY clothings for them to wear on your behalf.

From left: Valene, Valarie, Robin & Regan.
__________________________________________________________________________________

You were lying so ever peacefully inside. The bowl of rice below you were still white.

But on the day of sending you off, it turns to orange-pink in colour. This means that the descendnts will lead a good life and earn lots of money.

Everyone paying repects to you, letting you rest in peace.

Ah Gong, u see how much everyone loves and respect you? Look at all the scrolls and wreaths everyone sent to you. U still remember that there’re too many scrolls and wreaths by the 2nd day that we’ve to set up 3 more tents just to put all of them.

Ah Gong, it was raining so heavily on your sent-off day. Everyone kneel down and pray for 5 mins in front of you, asking you not to rain so heavily cause there’re too many young kids like PeiPei, Raymond and Janet sending you off. Xiao Gu Gu was having her confinement that time, so she couldnt send u on ur last journey, we knows that you dotes on xiao gu-gu the most out of all ur children. So we called xiao gu-gu and asked her to talk to you, putting the handphone next to ur face, asking you not to rain so heavily, so as to let us send u off. But alas, u rained even heavier. So Daddy went infront of your altar and kowton on the wooden plank so hard for 3 times till his forehead bleeds, u still remember? And almost everyone including those bystanders were crying when they saw all these. Above are the photos to show.

It was still raining very heavily when we sent you off.

Everyone of us were drenched and clothes were all wet, and all of us didnt want to take umbrella at all. We believed that the heaven were crying, so the rain didnt stop even until we reached back home. At the last photo, Daddy was seen carrying your photo.

Marina Barrage is a good good place!
Went to the Club21 bazaar with Samuel in the afternoonon Friday, but its really quite a disappointment to us. Though the bazaar is really better that the FJ Benjamin one at Hyatt Hotel, but the clothes were really very past-dated. I bought around 5 pieces of clothings for my little cousin that cost close to $300, and Samuel bought a Calvin Klein shirt for only $20. The sale discount were really good, but we see nothing that we like. Went to Takashimaya with DArling in the evening cause we’ll be meeting his auntie Nancy for the collection of laundry, had Delifrance for dinner. Went back home at around 10pm to change, and DArling brought me to the Marina Barrage. It’s really very nice, and the view can see the Esplanade, Singapore Flyer, Suntec City Mall and various tall buildings and hotels.
DArling brought me to East Coast thereafter and it really bring back alot of memories that we once used to have, as our first dating place is there. Went down the car and we had a long walk to the beach, found a place to sit down and we had a long talk about our relationship. No doubt, because of some happenings, I’m like a changed person now towards him. I cant bring myself to put in so much in this relationship and many times I just wanted to end it. Though he apologised to me time and time again, but I cant forget those lies and hurt he once brought to me. Ya, of course I cried during the conversation and he assure me that he wont repeat his mistake again, but somehow I cant seems to believe him anymore. So after much talking and persuation from him, I felt better and willing to trust him again. I hope that my choice is not wrong in believing him once more.

Awaited Post.
Daddy was away in China for the last weeks and I’ve been hell busy at work, but still I made time to meet Samuel up for lunch in the afternoon. Celebrated DArling and mine 2 years anniversary @ Taste Paradise Restaurant. Service there was very good, and the food was like Eastern & Western dishes. Just the both of us costs $250+, but DArling said that it was worth it especially when there’re abalone, shark’s fin & foie gras. Went to visit my grandmother @ Tiong Bahru and we had a long talk regarding about Daddy’s businesses in China. I cried when talking to my grandmother cause with the economic crisis now, I cant do anything to help Daddy at all. This crisis affected our line the most and we have to sell most things at almost 80% losses, even businesses in China were the worst compared to local.
Daddy returned from China yesterday and today I saw him in office in a daze, it just hurts me so. He told me that the businesses in China were really bad, and he thought of exporting all other goods to other countries to try his luck. Its okay that we didnt make a profit, but instead we made too much losses till Daddy cannot take it. He lost weight, and he kept on coughing. So to cheer him up, I went to buy a Mont Blanc pen for him that cost $540 cause I know that recently he had lost his. And to stop Mummy from saying that I didnt buy anything for her, I bought a top from Miss Selfridge, a cardigan from Zara and another top from FCUK. I just hope Daddy will be happy, and not think too much. I guess Daddy really need a break from all these, so
I’m thinking of organising a trip to overseas with my family. Need to discuss with my 2 sisters first. Daddy, please be happy!!
And I’ve promised you guys that I’ll upload DArling’s and mine Mont Blanc pen:
DArling’s roller ball pen.
Mine ball point pen.
The engravings read ‘25.10.06 B . J’ which means the date that we’re together and the first initial of both our names.
Last Saturday was Mummy’s company 13th years’ Anniversary so I went down there and help. My job was initially suppose to close some sales for the company, but instead I was playing around with my niece and nephews.

Wonder-filled Sunday.
I was so happy yesterday, cause it has been a long long time since my family got together for a meal as whole. When on my birthday, TY was not there as he’s in Thailand for training. And when I meant whole family, I mean everyone all 8 of us. Daddy and Mummy, Ree and TY, Cindy and Gavin, DArling and me. Went to Coca Steamboat Restaurant at Takashimaya, it has been a long time since we last went there. We had fun ordering lotsa food, had fun cooking food and we even had fun joking around the table. I had photos on my disposable cam, but I’ve yet to develope it. After dinner, we walked around Taka though all the shops were already closed. DAr, Ty and Gavin were talking among themselves, Daddy and Mummy were walking hands in hands behind us, while their 3 daughters were busy admiring Chanel, LV, Chopard, Tag Heuer, Fendi, Dior and Loewe. We explained to Daddy and Mummy about this season’s fashions, and I guess Daddy is gonna buy Mummy a new Fendi Bag. (=
So happy for Mummy!
After walking for more than 30 mins, all 4 couples walked to carpark together laughing and teasing each other. That’s what I liked about family, having dinner and joking around. I’m really glad that my family members are all great!

Presents for DArling & me!
These are the presents that I’ve got for DArling and me. 2 Mont Blanc Pens with engravings. Since it’s wrapped so nicely, I can only wait till DArling’s birthday on 28th Oct then I’ll open it and take photos of the pens with the engravings.
Daddy bought this make-up palette from DFS just for me. He made me choose Chloe Perfume and this, but I’m very particular about perfume, so I settled for this though I’ve another 2 more Dior and 1 more Mac make-up palette.
My mind has been made up, I’ll get a Loewe bag instead of a MuiMui one. I’m hoping to really get it before the end of 2008, which is really my aim to work even harder. But DArling says might as well use the money and go for a better place for holiday instead of HongKong. It’s true that we’re thinking for going to either Japan or Korea.

Mummy said that I’m very brand-consious, kept on buying all the branded goods and stock it at home. Hell, if got money, who dun want to own branded things?! Who dont want to be brand-consious?! Chey! I got friends who are damn fucking rich and from the top to bottom, what they wear and use are all branded. I only own a few pieces of branded accessories then she says that I’m brand-consious. She’s lucky that all her daughter dont really born with a silver spoon in mouth, if not we’re so going to spend all her money, especially Ree and me.
I bought DArling’s present already! Though his birthday is only towards the end of next month, but I’ve already bought it in advance. Yesterday, I spent $1050 on both DArling’s present and one present of my own. I’m sure he’s going to love it!! Actually my cousin Christine has discounts of 25% in DFS, but I’m so excited to get it that I can just forgo the discount. Thinking back, its really damn dumb of me can?! I can easily save another $262.50, but I forgo it! Stupid ME!

Finally bought it!
My Marc Jacobs bag cost $1039 initially, but lucky my primary school mate is working in Black Jack therefore she got me a even better discount of 40% off so it cost me only $623! HAPPY!! And I can even buy it on the spot as it’s the very last piece!
This is the first branded bag I bought with my own money, though DArling wanted to pay for it but got rejected by me. The next bag that I aim for would be a Mui Mui one, which I want to get it before the end of 2008. And there’s another bag from Liz Caliborne which DArling’s mum got it for me for my birthday and I’ve yet to use it yet.
This is another beauty which I’ve seen it on Her World when Liz Caliborne hasnt even bring it into Singapore, and thanks to DArling’s mum where she got another 40% off.
I’m so starting to spend money again, and it never seems to stop at all. Though the commissions for last month were not very good, but I still give my mum and both my grandmas almost half of my basic salary. And now Ree’s birthday is approaching soon on the 23rd Sept, I’ve got no idea what to buy for her as she’s kinda of brand-consious.
